Knowledge:

• Evidence of up-to-date knowledge of the Cambridge/British Curriculum/American/Common Core Curriculum, depending on the islamic values integration of the curriculum followed by the school.
• Understanding of the significance of our school ethos.
• Understanding of the requirements of good classroom management.
• Experience with online teaching, good understanding of its challenges and benefits

Skills and Abilities:

• Commitment to curriculum continuity between the phases.
• Commitment to continuously updating and maintaining planning.
• Meticulous record keeping of assessment and intervention strategies.
• Able to provide a practical commitment to an equal opportunities policy of inclusivity.
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team.

Experience:

• At least two year’s teaching experience.
• Evidence of previous successful teaching or of successful teaching placements.
• Evidence of good personal relationships/team player.
• Evidence of experience of working with students who have challenges, both learning and behaviour.

Educational:

• Qualified teacher with a Bachelors degree in Education/Subject you wish to teach.
• MUSLIM TEACHERS ONLY.
• Evidence of involvement in continuing professional development (CPD) activities.
• Native Teachers only – UK , USA , Ireland , Australia , Canada , New Zealand and South Africa

Excellent and unequivocal references.
